I'm glad that you found my website in the endless expanse of the Internet and that you want to try a natural way to combat your psoriasis 😉

I was diagnosed with psoriasis - or more precisely psoriasis vulgaris - in 2015.

From 2015 onwards, I took CORTISON for over 2 years and tried various other medications. Unfortunately, none of this helped in the long term, in fact the side effects were too severe for me.

We probably have many experiences that we share: 

• visiting many different doctors, 
• trying out various products to apply to the skin, medication for internal and external use and various dietary changes.
• On top of that, you are always tired and no longer have enough energy to cope with daily challenges.

The psoriasis was everywhere: on my hands, feet, shins and even on the sides of my torso. It was so severe that I could neither walk without pain nor touch or carry objects with my hands. Not to mention the unpleasant looks from the cashiers in the supermarket or people on the street, in restaurants, etc.

You've probably had similar unpleasant experiences, right?

I didn't want to settle for what the doctors told me and prescribed and I was constantly looking for and trying out new ways, approaches, doctors, nutritional supplements, diets, etc.

You probably feel the same way - right?

I've found a way for myself to get by without medication and now I want to share it with you in the hope that it will help you as much as it helped me 😉

• Of course, you should only change your medication in consultation with your doctor - that's important to me!
• There is probably nothing about which there are more different views or opinions than the so-called healthy diet.
• I am only giving you a recommendation as to which diet and aids have helped me tremendously.
• The path that you think is right can also possibly reduce psoriasis or improve the symptoms.
• As we all know, there are many roads to Rome 😉
• My aim is to recommend a specific path.
